Madison Candle:
Trim the Wick: Always trim the 100% cotton wick to 6mm before every single burn (including the very first light). This prevents the wick from "mushrooming", creating excess soot, or overheating the glass.
Burn Time Limits: Burn the candle for a maximum of three hours at a time. Ensure it burns for at least one hour or until the wax liquefies and pools completely to the outer glass edges to prevent tunneling.

Reed Diffuser:
Avoid Surface Contact: Diffuser liquid contains essential oils that can permanently damage finishes. Keep the liquid completely clear of furniture, fabrics, finished wood, or enamel surfaces. If a spill occurs, wipe it immediately with a damp, soft cloth.
Flip with Care: To refresh the Lotus Flower aroma, flip the reeds over a sink or protected surface to avoid oil droplets staining your tabletops.

Room Spray:
Storage: Store the bottle upright in a cool, dry area away from direct heat and sunlight.

Madison Candle:
Discontinue Early: Stop using the candle permanently when 10mm (1cm) of wax remains at the bottom. Burning it past this point increases the risk of the annealed glass overheating and shattering.
Placement: Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep it entirely out of drafts, away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Never use the aluminium lid to extinguish the flame.

Reed Diffuser:
Safe Placement: Set the decanter on a level surface where it cannot be accidentally knocked over. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from open flames.

Room Spray:
Keep Your Distance: When misting, hold the spray bottle and discharge at least 30cm away from any furnishings, delicate fabrics, or curtains to prevent oil spotting.
Environmental Safety: Use only as directed in well-ventilated spaces. It is not recommended for use in babies' rooms or tightly confined pet enclosures without proper ventilation.
