Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Fairy Meadow Newsagency. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Change of mind returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Change-of-mind returns are not available for inflated balloons or customised balloon orders, newspapers and magazines, gift cards, or clearance/final-sale items.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm your return and provide instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect so we can assist you.

Our change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where an item fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as provided by law.

Online order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an online order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however orders that have already been prepared, dispatched or collected may not be able to be cancelled.

For inflated or customised balloon orders, cancellations or changes may not be possible once preparation has commenced.
